CitiScape Property Management Group was
co-founded by Kevin Wiley and Edward Dale in 1999. Kevin
has been involved in property management since 1978,
and Ed began his property management career in 1975.
Robert Simms joined the firm as a Property Manager in
2000, and accepted a partnership in the company in 2001.
Robert has been in property management since 1983. That's
a considerable amount of experience that directs CitiScape
to achieve its goals.
CitiScape is currently the 14th largest privately held
property management company in the San Francisco Bay
Area, according to the San Francisco Business Times
(Feb 1, 2008). We currently employ a staff of eleven
Property Managers, six Administrative Assistants, seven
accounting personnel, and five Project Managers - all
are full-time permanent positions. We employ more than
sixty on-site building staff, including maintenance,
custodial, door and building engineering. We also enjoy
in-house, full-time IT support, and an in-house, independent
Certified Public Accountant of counsel.
It is our company philosophy to reward excellence and
commitment, and we are proud of the fact that CitiScape
has had very limited turnover in personnel, adding value
and continuity in our management service to the communities
we manage.
CitiScape also offers a Consolidated Insurance Program,
through Wells Fargo Insurance Services, offering our
clients a significant advantage in buying power for
property and liability insurance. Clients participating
in our program see lowered premiums and considerably
broader coverage than stand-alone insurance policies
can possibly offer. CitiScape partners with a general
contractor to offer excellent handyman services to individual
owners, and partners with a real estate firm offering
sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.
CitiScape opened for business in 1999, first leasing
offices at 8th & Market Streets in San Francisco,
and in June of 2004 purchased a commercial office building
near Mission Bay to house its corporate headquarters.
Since then, CitiScape has opened branch offices on Nob
Hill, Marin County and Alameda Counties, and in Redondo
Beach in Southern California.
