Allison
has worked in a management capacity for over 20
years. She has been the President and owner of
her own management consultancy where she honed
her extensive project management skills. Allison
has successfully managed hundreds of projects
including small waterproofing repairs to $4MM
large-scale renovations, construction defect cases,
security retrofits, high six-figure insurance
claims, leak investigations, and repair projects
of all shapes and sizes.
Allison is a Certified Community Association
Manager (CCAM®) and has served in various officer
roles on several local homeowners association
boards – so she well understands the special
needs of Homeowners Associations and their members.
Allison is a graduate
of Hunter College where she studied architecture
and aesthetics. Renovation is her middle name,
and she manages her own personal real estate
projects on both coasts.
