Andrew
Dale is the managing partner of FogCiti Real Estate
Inc. Andy and his partners started this real estate
investment firm in the summer of 2004 to bring
added value services to their large base of property
management and investor clients.
Andy began his real estate
career with CitiScape Property Management Group,
LLC in the summer of 2002. While at CitiScape
he worked with several different types of properties
including Nob Hill high-rises, SOMA lofts and
Bayview District warehouses. In December of
2003, Andy obtained a sales license from the
California Department of Real Estate and shortly
thereafter started the rental and leasing department
for FogCiti Real Estate.
Andy came from a background
in the wine and spirits business, where he is
still active. He obtained a bachelors degree
in History from Colorado State University and
is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership
School of Lander, WY.
