Edward Dale is co-founder and
Vice-President of CitiScape Property Management
Group. Ed holds two undergraduate degrees and
a Master’s Degree in Business, and currently
holds the distinctive title of Certified Community
Association Manager. Ed is also a member of
the California Association of Community Managers
(CACM), a state organization that supports the
professional and ethical management of community
interest developments.
Ed has an extensive background
in all phases of property management and development,
with emphasis on residential, commercial, and
mixed-use properties. As Executive Director
of the Cerebral Palsy Foundation, Ed developed
community-based housing alternatives for the
physically disabled. Ed was appointed Vice President
of one of the largest commercial development
companies in the United States, and operated
large-scale regional shopping centers.
For the past several years,
Ed has managed a varied portfolio of commercial
and residential properties in San Francisco,
including historic and landmark buildings, as
well as high profile properties in the Union
Square, Russian Hill and North Beach districts,
as well as new SoMa loft developments.
Ed’s family is in the restaurant
business, so he considers himself quite the
“foodie”. Ed can also be found soaking in the
local jazz scene, and if there’s a Zydeco band
playing anywhere in the land, you’ll find Ed
stage left with his spoons!
