Lori Eppstein joined CitiScape in 2006 as a portfolio manager. She worked previously as a community association manager for other San Francisco homeowners associations. She has also worked as a court-appointed criminal defense investigator in San Francisco, and as a newspaper reporter for various Bay Area newspapers. Lori understands firsthand the struggles that homeowners and board members endure after she served on her own homeowners board and various association committees. She especially enjoys a startup association -- a community where there was none before with the opportunity to create new governance models and quality of life infrastructures. Lori has lived in San Francisco since 1992, when she enrolled at San Francisco State University to study journalism. She is a native Californian.
