Monier moved to the Bay Area with her parents when she was 6 months old. She spent her high school and college years in Buffalo, NY attending Depew High School then onto Buffalo State University. Growing up Monier has been given the opportunity of experiencing both coasts, which has given her an East Coast Attitude with a West Coast Heart.

Monier began her Real Estate Career in 2003 focusing on Residential Financing with direct specialization in residential lending – including purchase money, facilitating private notes, and construction loans. She is also licensed by the State of California Department of Real Estate for residential and commercial financing.

Not only does Monier work in San Francisco, but also resides in the Mission District where she is actively involved within her community. When she is not “putting out fires” she is spending time in San Jose visiting family, having dinner parties with friends, playing squash, running along Crissy Field with her “dog niece” Ava, or the newest challenge… boxing.
