Nick is a Bay Area native and has broad experience in managing residential and commercial real estate properties. He has expertise in managing both apartment buildings and high-rise condominium associations. He has successfully negotiated vendor contracts, maintained safe premises, managed repairs, and supervised staff. As a Board member and Treasurer of a homeowners association, Nick understands the budgeting and funding challenges that homeowners associations face.
Nick has prior experience working with top-tier venture capital backed startup companies at Silicon Valley Bank. He also worked as a commercial banking manager with U.S. Bank. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.
