Shane grew up on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, where he learned the multi-facets and trades of his Family Construction, Home Heating and Solar business until 1990.

In 1990 Joined the US Navy After becoming trained through the Navy Baylor program in San Antonio, Texas, Shane specialized in selected area of physical therapy. His training included a six-year span in the United States Navy Physical Therapy arena.

In 1996 Shane settled in San Francisco and worked with two highly accredited physical therapy facilities and an outpatient surgery center, specializing in orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation.

In February of 2000, Shane returned to his roots and re-located to San Luis Obispo, Ca, and over a span of 9 years constructed and operated his own Guest Ranch facility, additionally helped launch a fitness start-up company “Triactive America”, as well as building an ocean front Retreat Facility in Yelapa, Mexico.

Like all chapters in life must end so a new one can begin, the San Francisco Bay Area called his name once again and he returned to find and join the CitiScape team.

Shane has had extensive experience overseeing multi-layered projects in the private sector which requires careful personnel handling and project coordination.  Problem solving is Shane’s middle name.  He has been very successful with building relationships with multi-national vendors and contract negotiations.
