Wayne Lee recently joined CitiScape as Controller
with experience in the Real Estate and Manufacturing
Industry. Wayne was born in Hong Kong and immigrated
to the Golden Mountain, (United States) at the
age of five. He landed in San Francisco and
has been here ever since. He is the youngest
of four sons which was a big disappointment
to his parents. They wanted a daughter and stopped
having children after that.
Wayne started working
at a early age delivering newspaper while attending
Visitation Valley Elementary School and continued
working at the family’s restaurant through high
school.
Wayne graduated from
City College and Golden Gate University in San
Francisco. During his tenure at City College,
he ventured towards the automotive trade by
studying bodywork at John O’Connell Community
College, and then at a GM training facility
in the East Bay. He supplemented his income
with side jobs. Wayne did not see a long healthy
career in bodywork so he hit the books again.
With his parent’s support he attended Golden
Gate University majoring in Accounting. Fast
forward, Wayne is a CPA with 24 years of accounting
experience.
Wayne is married with
2 children and teams up with his wife to coach
their daughter’s middle school basketball and
volleyball team. In his spare time, Wayne enjoys
a good poker game or watching anything martial
arts related.
